Exchange & Refund
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns for a refund. We urge you to refer to our size page before placing your order.
By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
DAMAGE POLICY:
If your product arrives damaged or becomes damaged within 5 days of ownership, please email us and we will help you exchange it for a new one. Please note, you will still have to pay the Fee for Exchange. All other damages will not be replaced.
To start a Echange due to damages you can contact us at shopblossomstyle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not cover any shipping costs associated with exchanges and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, so we recommend using a tracked method of shipping.
